Communities We're Building In

Forest Lakes on 30A

Forest Lakes is a community built in the craftsman tradition of classic small Southern towns. We fell in love with it the first time we drove through the community. It has quiet tree-lined streets with a lot of picture perfect settings. Forest Lakes has first class amenities such as a community pool and pavilion with outdoor entertainment facilities. There is a community lake and gazebo as well as access to hiking and nature paths. For beach goers, there is a full facility public beach access close by where you can get your toes in the sugar white sand. Forest Lakes is a place where families can enjoy a day together at the pool, lake or beach, or – in the case of Forest Lakes – all three.

Forest Lakes is a family beach community accessible from the scenic 30A highway in South Santa Rosa Beach that traces Florida’s natural coastline. Forest Lakes borders a State Forest as well, and the homes being built there have a deep respect for trees and native flora. Each homesite meticulously preserves as much old growth as possible in Forest Lakes, where parks lakes, and green and natural spaces are the rule. Come see for yourself why Forest Lakes is "Old Florida" rediscovered. A place for family...a place that really feels like Home!
